01. Introduction Presentation

An introduction presentation is given before the start of a farm tour. Its purposes are to introduce you to the farm, give you a general idea of the farm's background, activities, and products, and acquaint you with the tour schedule. You have a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the farm and what to expect from the tour during this presentation, which is often given by a representative of the farm. It is an essential part of the farm tour experience since it helps set the tone for the rest of the visit and makes sure you have a clear grasp of the farm and its products.

02. Visual observation/Harvest of crops in raised beds

During our guided farm tour, raised bed crops, specifically radish, beet, and cabbage will be thoroughly described. Raised bed cropping is a popular and sustainable method of farming that has several advantages for both farmers and gardeners. You can gain practical experience with harvesting while learning the methods used to build raised beds, their advantages, and how they support our sustainable farming practices.

Our guides will also offer advice on how to balance liquid fertilizer by adjusting its pH and nutrient levels during the demonstration. We intend to encourage you to adopt sustainable agricultural methods and reduce your reliance on chemical fertilizers by providing a hands-on demonstration of the creation of organic liquid fertilizer.

08. Cattle Farming & Bio Gas

Our cattle farming operation and the possibilities for biogas production will be highlighted during our guided farm tour. Although we do not currently have a biogas system running on the farm, we are looking into it as a sustainable and green approach to manage our trash and produce renewable energy. Manure and other organic materials decompose to produce biogas, which can be used for heating, generating power, and even as a vehicle fuel. We can reduce our environmental impact and move toward a more sustainable future by incorporating biogas production into our cattle farming operation.
